GSL.02.A6 Glazing equipment (for the bottom of the cheese bar)

Glazing equipment GSL.02.A6 is used for glazing the bottom part of curd cheese with glaze and is included as an optional part of glazed curd production line GSL. The bottom glazing process helps to keep the shape of the glazed curd bar, when the curd mass is insufficiently thick. After forming the glaze bottom, the curd bar is cooled down and covered fully with glaze in GSL.02.B80 equipment.

This glazing equipment has integrated glaze “tails” removing mechanism.

Technical data:

GSL.02.B8 Glazing equipment

Glazing equipment GSL.02.B80 is used for coating curd cheese with glaze and is included as an optional part of glazed curd bars production line GSL.

This glazing has integrated glaze “tails” removing mechanism.

  • electrical closet is mounted at the top of the equipment – less likely of water ingress inside the equipment, during washing process;
  • Delta controller integrated for technical process operations;
  • integrated Delta touch-screen operating panel;
  • integrated infrared lamps for keeping air temperature and conveyor chain heated;
