Melting tanks GSL.05

Melting tanks GSL.05 – designed for melting different chocolate coatings or confectionary fats and keeping necessary temperature level

Melting tanks consists of: tank, mixer, gear and heating agent circulation system. This glaze processing equipment is produced from stainless steel, has double walls for heating agent circulation and with thermo insulation from outside. Heating agent is brought up to the needed temperature by electric heaters, circulation is operating by special pump. Before melting product must be crushed into smaller bits – up to 40 mm. Product is constantly mixed and brought up to desired temperature level. Heating agent and product temperature is constantly inspected and automatically regulated according to the set temperature level.

Grinder GSL.07

The Grinder is designated for crushing the blocks of chocolate glaze or coconut butter into small pieces, before loading them into the melting kettle. Usually this glaze processing equipment unit is used with melting tanks (GSL.05) and Enrober (GSL.02). The grinder cuts the glaze block with rotating knives, so that smaller pieces of glaze could be melted in the tank.
