Cooling tunnel GSL.03.A80 (with 8 streams GSL line)

Cooling tunnel GSL.03.A80 is designed to cool down the curd bar before glazing process or after glazing – in order to fix the shape of glazed curd bar. The length of the cooling tunnel may vary, according to the specification of the used glaze for coating. The cooling equipment is a part of glazed curd bars production line GSL.

Main advantages:

  • with automatic belt corecting device;
  • with automatic defrost of evaporator;
  • with plexiglass covers.

Technical data:

  • the movement speed of the belt – 2…4 m/min;
  • belt width – 450 mm;
  • the inside temperature – up to -16 °C;
