The production line of glazed curd cheeses GSL is a set of technological equipment designed for the production of glazed curd cheeses. The line GSL is composed of the following machines: - lift GSL.01.800; - dosing machine GSL.01; - filling and dosing machine GSL.04; - glazing machine GSL.02; - melting kettle GSL.05; - cooler GSL.03; - transportation guidance system; - wrapping up machine OZB.02. The line performs the following operations: - takes the curd into the bunker of the dosing machine; - forms the curd cheeses; - cuts off the curd cheeses and directs them to the glazing machine; - glazes the cheeses and puts them on the conveyor of the cooler; - cools off the glazed cheeses; - automatically wraps up the glazed cheeses into biaxially orientated laminated polypropylene film, puts on the manufacture date and removes them with the help of removing transporter; The preparation of curd, chocolate glaze and filling is not included in the technological process of the line GSL.
