 The dosage machine SPD is designated for dosing mayonnaise, tomato paste, cream, juice, etc. and other paste or liquid products. It works together with jar closing machine DU in continuous working lines or separately. Food products are dosed in glass jars, sealed with metal screw-TWIST-OFF-type caps
Dosage machine SPD consists of these basic mechanisms, assemblies, and regulatory and management systems:
- Machine frame is made of stainless steel square tube profile.
- Dosage machine- volume, 8 dosing head.
- Supplied with three sets of heads, depending on the dose, pre-packaged product properties and dimensions of tara.
- Product volume with tight-fitting lid and the product level sensors.
- Stepless of the dose setting mechanism.
- Hydraulic unit with hydro cylinder.
- Autonomous disinfection and cleaning system.
- Control system with the company „Siemens“ (Germany) programmable logic controller.
- Electrical box with remote control
