| The production line of glazed curd cheeses GSL is a set of technological equipment designated for the production of glazed curd cheeses. |

The line GSL is composed of the following machines:
- Measuring machine GSL.01 (production range up to 8000 pcs/h)
- Glazing machine GSL.02
- Cooler GSL.03
- Wrapping up machine OZB.02

The line performs the following operations:
- Takes the curd into the bunker of the measuring machine
- Takes the filling into the bunker and directs it to the filling's measuring machine
- Forms the curd cheeses and injects the filling
- Cuts off the curd cheeses and directs them to the glazing machine
- Glazes the cheeses and puts them on the transporter of the cooler
- Cools off the glazed cheeses
- Automatically wraps up the glazed cheeses into biaxially orientated laminated polypropylene film, puts on the manufacture date and removes them with the help of removing transporter
