The production line of glazed curd cheeses GSL is a set of technological equipment designated for the production of glazed curd cheeses.

The line GSL is composed of the following machines:

  • Measuring machine GSL.01 (production range up to 6000 pcs/h) 
  • Glazing machine GSL.02
  • Cooler GSL.03
  • Wrapping up machine OZB.02

The line performs the following operations:

  • Takes the curd into the bunker of the measuring machine
  • Takes the filling into the bunker and directs it to the filling's measuring machine
  • Forms the curd cheeses and injects the filling
  • Cuts off the curd cheeses and directs them to the glazing machine
  • Glazes the cheeses and puts them on the transporter of the cooler
  • Cools off the glazed cheeses
  • Automatically wraps up the glazed cheeses into biaxially orientated laminated polypropylene film, puts on the manufacture date and removes them with the help of removing transporter
