The production line of glazed curd cheeses GSL - technological equipment set designated for for the production of glazed curd cheeses.

 The line GSL is composed of the following machines:

• Measuring machine GSL.11
  (production range up to 12000 pcs./hour) 
• Enrober  GSL.02
• Cooler GSL.03
• Allocation conveyor system
• Flow pack machines OZB.02- 2 units. 

Line performs following operations:

• Prepared curd mass supply to the measuring unit 
• Filling supply from the bunker to the forming and measuring unit
• Measuring and forming of the curd mass and filling injection
• Cheese bar cutting operation
• Directing them to enrober
• Cheese bar coating with glaze and directing to the cooler
• Cooling
• Allocation to packaging machines
• Packaging with the date printing
• Out-feed of ready product 

Advantages:

• New generation measuring machine GSL.11 allows to produce cheeses from material with much lower requirements. Measuring method, that is applied in this machine, assures more accurate measuring process compared to previous models of measuring machines GSL.01.
• Because of high production range, line GSL is equipped with two flow pack machines OZB.02 and a special allocation conveyor system, what allows to change packaging material or make other service on one of the packaging machines without stopping whole production line, just by reducing its speed. 
• Main line’s GSL production parameters are controlled from one control panel. 
• Position and shape of curd mass intake bunker is very handy for manual loading and is suitable for loading process mechanization.
