Grinder GSL.07

Grinder GSL.07 is designated for crushing blocks of chocolate glaze or other confectionary fats into bits of required size.

Block of product towards the cutting disk is pushed by electro-mechanic drive. Speed of movement according product characteristics can be adjusted steplessly from the control pannel.

Constantly turning disk with knifes crushes the block in to bits.
